Upcycling, also known as creative reuse, is the process of transforming by-products, waste materials, useless and/or unwanted products into new materials or products of better quality or for better environmental value.

Over the last decade the term upcycling has been claimed and worked into the discourse of sustainability effort. It appeared in William McDoughts book «Cradle to cradle». It has yet to earn itself mainstream popularity, but it is necessity as a goal for how we should be processing makes its definition important. Like so many things in sustentability. I come across many enthusiast who are trying to promote the practice, but many be passing around and play an incorrect meaning.

Recycling—>Reuse
Upcycling—>Reusing materials without degrading the quality and composition of the material for it use; reduce the amount of waste .

After my the research with good examples of upcycling artist like Gabriel Dishaw with amazing projects I put all my effort on that project of upcycling using material from electronics machines to develop insects.
Most of the parts of the «Fly» are tinny electronics different pieces witch I have been collected before as a «redundant technology»
Some examples of my materials are (toaster machine)(bulbs)(cannon camera) to give to the fly an bio/technological aspect.
